We work with each client individually to develop the best possible program for them to help them reach their goals. Exercises and programs can and are tailored to each client’s ability and fitness level.

Small Group Personal Training

Small group sessions give you a chance to workout with friends in a fun setting. Plus, it's more affordable.

We offer 2-1 training and group sessions of 3-5 people. We'll have an initial conversation about the goals and expectations of the group, and then training is structured with both individual and personal goals in mind in order to cater to the different fitness levels of the group.
